Products Training Videotape Series Julie and Charles Weatherly have developed a 10-part video series designed for use in training and inservice of educators with less experience regarding the legal requirements of IDEA and Section 504. The series was updated in 2007 to address topics such as a General Overview of the IDEA and the 2004 IDEA Amendments, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, Discipline of Students with Disabilities, Serving Students in the Least Restrictive Environment, Private School/Residential Placement, Serving Medically Fragile Students, Extended School Year and Avoiding Procedural Violations of the IDEA.
